Summer on the South Side at Ardy & Ed’s

Summer on the South Side at Ardy & Ed’s

I’ve lived in Oshkosh for almost a year now. I moved in the middle of a summer filled with quarantines, masks, and take-out. While the summer of 2020 was technically my first summer in Oshkosh, I don’t feel like I got the true experience. I used to live in an...

Do Not Attempt to Dodge this Caribbean Taste

Do Not Attempt to Dodge this Caribbean Taste

Tuesday. What is there to do on a Tuesday? Hardly anything, ever, really. Tuesday falls too early in the week and yet is so far removed from the weekend. Sometimes it is just another Monday masquerading as a Tuesday. 313 Dodge might just be what you are looking for....

Wisconsin Staples at Gabe’s Wisconsin Kitchen and Tavern

Wisconsin Staples at Gabe’s Wisconsin Kitchen and Tavern

As I’m getting used to living in Wisconsin, I’m discovering some of the Wisconsin staples when it comes to food and spirits. I knew about Spotted Cow and cheese curds before I moved to Wisconsin, but that was about it. Fortunately, Gabe’s Wisconsin Kitchen and Tavern...

A Wagner Market Picnic

A Wagner Market Picnic

Enter any big box store and you can tell that it's the beginning of the end of summer. When the pots, soil and trowels are replaced by notebooks, pencils, and backpacks it's a sign that summer must be savored before it's gone. One thing on my to-do list this summer...

Fox Valley

A food lover’s gudie to the best of the Fox Valley

Nosh Fox Valley was started with intention of highlighting the Fox Valley food scene. We genuinely feel as business owners, that as a community we all need a little extra help especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. We love the local food scene in the Fox Valley and genuinely feel blessed to live in an area with diverse cuisines and fare that is very traditionally “Wisconsin.” We hope to highlight some of the amazing establishments that may not have known about and maybe even open our reader’s eyes to those hidden treasures on menus that are often overlooked.

We will be taking you on a journeys to our favorite local restaurants, delis, grocery stores, farms, coffee shops and even bars. We also hope to highlight the talents of our favorite chefs, mixologists and baristas. You might even see us try our hands in the kitchen.

Our staff is full of food lovers that hope to delight and share with you the passion and love they have for food through photography, videos and through our words.

Please follow along with us on Facebook, Instagram, You Tube to view all our content.

Hi! I’m Alison. I work in an elementary school as a speech language pathologist. In my free time, I love discovering new restraunts and can be found dining out almost weekly. My husband and I are self-proclaimed coffee and whiskey snobs. We love sniffing and sipping and picking apart various beverages. Aside from food and drink, I enjoy watching movies, listening to live music, and hiking.

My name is Jenn! I’m a digital marketer and lifestyle blogger that recently moved to the Fox Valley area. I can’t wait to learn more about Fox Valley by enjoying the local restaurants. In my spare time, I love to read, watch theatre, play volleyball and shop at thrift stores. I currently live in Oshkosh with my boyfriend and our two cats: Daisy & Duke.
