Nosh Fox Valley has been a dream of mine for years. In 2020, I made that dream a reality. I am happy to share with you the culinary adventures of myself and the bloggers at Nosh Fox Valley.
Where are you from?
I was born on a farm in Neenah and migrated just a little north to Appleton, where I call home.
Why Food Blogging?
If you asked me what I love in life my first response would always be food. If I share photos with you, chances are I will be sharing tales of culinary exploration across our state. To say I am little food obsessed would be an understatement.
Two years ago, I was working in the medical industry and despite being very fulfilled with helping others, something was missing. I knew I wanted a creative way to share my passion for food with others. When the pandemic hit, it was almost like a calling for me. I knew that this was the time for me to share my passion for food and help the restaurants I love, and that is why Nosh Fox Valley was born.
I have worked in the food industry for over 20 years now. I have worked front of house, and back of house. So I understand the struggles of not only working in the industry but have friends that are still braving through these tough times.
My goals for Nosh Fox Valley have been and will continue to be to support our local restaurants and bars.
Cheers to the many culinary adventures myself and the bloggers of Nosh Fox Valley hope to share with you!
What are some of your favorite restaurants?
I have a passion for all things fried, Thai, Mexican, and really good cocktails. My favorites include Mr Gordito’s Food Truck, Sangria’s, Basil Cafe, Bowl Ninty-One, Little Siam, Gardina’s, Bar 430 and Fress Restaurant and Bar.
